This gem of a restaurant enjoys one of the best locations in the pretty hilltop town of Gassin, in the central Place des Barry, whilst also boasting some of the most stunning views over the Golfe de St Tropez. Serving traditional Provencal fare such as grilled filet steak filled with foie gras Le Pescadou looks and feels like a local village restaurant until you taste its delicacies and then suddenly you view it in a whole new light. Perhaps owners Damien and Anne Rey-Brot have something to do with the restaurant’s exquisite taste – in menu and décor. They fled Paris six years ago and have managed to turn Le Pescadou around.
